Please note: CleanThread is only responsible for garments that have been properly booked through our online system or confirmed via WhatsApp support.
Service Limitations
While we use professional cleaning methods and take utmost care of your garments, please be aware of the following service limitations:
- We cannot guarantee 100% removal of stains from garments
- CleanThread is not responsible for color fastness or garment shrinkage that may occur during the standard cleaning process
- Natural wear and tear of garments during cleaning is not covered under our policy
- Special care instructions must be communicated during booking
Claims and Compensation
For valid claims of lost or damaged items, we offer compensation of 10 times the washing rate of the particular article when claimed within 24 hours of delivery.
Important guidelines for claims:
- Report any issues immediately during delivery to our support team
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and description of the damage
- Original bill/order details must be presented
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before the pickup agent arrives at your location
- Before the cleaning process begins
- Cancellation must be requested through our official support channels
Note: Once the cleaning process begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
